I have noticed a definite and undeniable increase in length between my hips and ribs. I normally have a ton of rib pain by this point in pregnancy because I've always thought that I have a super short torso but not now! I'm feeling longer and stronger and bouncier! I had a two finger gap of diastases recti prior to this class. When I was feeling I noticed that IT IS GONE which is wild because I am six months pregnant now!! There is now no separation in my abs! I am so amazed! And pleased! I didn't know how much I needed this course and I'm sooooooo grateful God let me to it and that I decided it was worth it. It truly has been so worth it. I could cry with gratitude. I am finally getting motivated again and taking good care of myself. It has just been so good even when it's challenging. I can sleep through the night without having to get up to pee for the first time in this pregnancy. Another huge win!
