In this challenge you will learn a couple of the key concepts of the Bowspring postural alignment method. However, this is not be an in-depth breakdown of the Bowspring. It will give you a taste of the movement practice and hopefully inspire you to learn more!

All activities, including live classes and Q&A sessions, will take place inside our dedicated Facebook group. It's your hub for connecting with fellow participants, sharing progress, and accessing valuable resources. This is a Live Facebook group where you can ask questions and share wins!
