We move together for short, potent daily sessions with regular pauses for rest and re-alignment. 

 

What is The Pulse?


The Pulse is a 15-day guided Bowspring upgrade for students who already familiar with the Bowspring foundations and want to move consistently and with accountability!

We’ll move together daily in 30-minute classes designed to strengthen, re-pattern, and reawaken your natural springy alignment, without pushing or over-efforting.

This is a return to rhythm. A commitment to your living body temple.


This series is for you if:

*You want to build strength and keep yourself accountable to daily sessions

*You’ve taken 'Your Brilliant Body' or another Bowspring course with me

*You’re an active member of my community

*Or you’ve worked with a Bowspring instructor before

*You have a working understanding of the Bowspring basics, this upgrade is for building depth, flow, and consistency.

Here’s the pulse of the 15 days:

 

Days 1-6
→ Daily 30-minute Bowspring classes
Each day builds awareness and strength through breath, balance, and spiraling form. We start with foundational tone and expand into more layered coordination.

 

Day 7 -BOWSTORATIVE 


Think 'restorative' Bowspring class, calming and full of conscious rest

 

Days 8-13
→ Movement returns, with renewed rhythm
Expect a deeper spring, more fluid transitions, and refined directional tone. We’ll explore layered postural expressions and subtle recalibration.

 

Day 14 - BOWSTORATIVE practice
Let the body rest with props and support integration.

This break helps assimilate the new patterns we are building, release tension, and restore vitality.

 

Day 15

 Integration Day
→ Final live practice to gather, ground, and close
A full-body flow to honor the arc of your journey and root your rhythm into daily life. Includes a short reflection + sharing space.
